Breakfast at Tiffany's | Janynne's 18th Portraits

I was so intrigued and excited when Janynne's mom came to me with the idea for this shoot. She was truly moved and inspired by the Breakfast at Tiffanys and Audrey Hepburn look. I had seen a few similar shoots for children and couples, but I didn’t want to go to the studio and just create a tiffany blue theme backdrop. I am big on going to the source for many to all my sessions, so heading to our nearest Tiffany & Co was the perfect option. Janynne was spot on with her dress, hair, and all around look. Shooting downtown also gave us that shopping spree feel and was perfect for her photos.

The great thing about the day was that it was overcast, and if you could believe it we barely finished our session before the rain and wind came pouring in. But through soft giggles, shoulder gazes, and perfect smiles we created a truly timeless look, and paid tribute to an era and icon! This is my second time shooting a tribute/inspiration shoot for a client. I honestly feel honored when people ask me to do these, and take it seriously to give these looks the credit they deserve. Below are just a few of the stunning shots from the shoot, and a few extras of Janynne just being herself. She was such an easy model I couldn’t resist!
